Move the mouse to aim, then click to jump between the floor and ceiling. Pick up gems and avoid the red/yellow squares. Get close to the squares without touching them for extra points.

Once the different cube types start coming in, the chaos makes of a very intense and enjoyable loop if trying to play quickly.
